At Necker Ventures, I led product marketing and go-to-market strategy for fintech portfolio companies, including Aleph Zero. The challenge was to position a technically complex fintech/protocol-driven product in a way that resonated with multiple audiences at once: developers, investors, ecosystem participants, and broader users.
